General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
A 3rd party vendor has been contracted to perform your delivery service. In order to ensure that your delivery is successful, your participation and co-operation is needed.
UK Deliveries
Standard Free Next Business Day Delivery is available for orders to selected areas of the UK. Orders placed after 2pm will be sent out the following business day.
Delivery Time
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to send your order within 1-2 business days of the date of your order. Business days mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Please note we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
We deliver to most residential and business addresses across the UK, however unfortunately there are certain remote locations that we are unable to deliver to. We do not currently ship orders outside of the UK. However, if you live in the United States you can head on over to mymeunity.com to get the same products in your country.
Damaged Items in Transport
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at sales@fifouk.com
In the event of a large order, our customer service team will contact you prior to shipment should your order be particularly heavy.
Additional Circumstances
There may be circumstances that require additional payment by you if the conditions mentioned have not been met or you require special services outside of our standard delivery.
