In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you may return it, providing the return meets the conditions laid out below. We aim to make this process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your statutory rights. Refunds can only be processed once the item(s) is back with us and has been checked by our returns team.
Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, or you changed your mind, then it’s okay. We offer a 30 day return period in which you can return your product(s) back to us. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product(s) back to us, unless the shipment was an error on our part.
Please contact us by email to inform us of your desire to return the product. We will then refund the full price of the product to you as soon as possible once we have received the item. Once you have made us aware of your desire to return the product(s), you will have 14 days from the initial email in which to return the product(s).
Please note that goods must be back with us within 30 days from the date of dispatch. Items received after 30 days will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
Your item should be in the original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase sent with it. If the item is faulty, your case will be looked at individually before an offer of a refund or exchange is made.
Incorrect or Faulty Products
We closely inspect each order that we send out. However, products may sometimes be damaged in transit. Therefore, upon delivery of your product please inspect it and notify us immediately of any dissatisfaction with your order. If you receive an order which is incorrect or faulty then please contact us by email to inform us of this and return the product back to us within 30 days of the dispatch date of your order along with a description of the problem. In the event of you returning a faulty or incorrect order back to us, we will refund you the cost of the return postage along with the refund for the order.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit or debit card depending upon the method of payment you used.
Once we have initiated a refund, please remember that it may take 3 to 5 working days to show in your account, depending upon your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable unless otherwise stated.

Returns Address and Instructions
Please be sure to email us before returning your product(s). Once we have received notification of your desire to return your product(s), please send your product(s) back to us pre-paid and insured for the full purchase price using Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK Residents) or similar service in your own country. We will not be responsible for any items that have been lost or damaged during transit.
Please include a brief description of the fault and your order number with your returned product(s), as this will help us deal with your problem fast and efficiently.
When returning your product, please ensure you keep your proof of posting until we acknowledge receipt of the goods.
